The Savannah Irish Festival is seeking merchandise vendors to join our exciting annual celebration. We're looking for vendors who can offer products that capture the spirit of the "Green Season."

Ideal Vendor Offerings:

  • Irish-Inspired Fashion: From vibrant green apparel to traditional Celtic clothing and accessories, your stylish offerings can enhance the festive atmosphere.

  • Celtic Jewelry: Delicate pendants, intricate rings, and eye-catching bracelets with Celtic designs or Irish gemstones can be a popular choice for festival-goers.

  • Home Goods and Decor: Irish-themed home accents, such as decorative mugs, throw pillows, or wall art, can add a touch of Irish charm to any home.

  • Religious and Cultural Items: Items related to Irish or Catholic heritage, like rosaries, prayer cards, or books on Irish history or culture, can appeal to a wide audience.

  • St. Patrick's Day Specialties: Festive clothing, accessories, or party supplies that celebrate St. Patrick's Day can be a great addition to your vendor offerings.

The Savannah Irish Festival will locate you as close to an electrical outlet as we can, but we suggest you bring at least one 100’ extension

cord. Electrical is additional $25

Booth information:

8 x 8 Vendor Space $350


Space is limited to indoor vendors and those spaces will be reserved for past festival vendors. The cost for vendors is the same inside as outside.

To be considered as a Vendor, your application submission must consist of:

  • Completed and signed Application with Logo


ALL VENDORS: Priority will be given to the previous year's vendors. New vendors will be considered in the order they are received per our needs for specific goods/wares/etc.


On-site setup will be Friday, January 31, 2025, from 12:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Vendors may not set up on Saturday, February 1, 2025.


FOOD VENDORS: Must be set up by 9:00 AM due to road closures on the day of the Festival, Saturday, February 1, 2025.


PROGRAM ADS: As a Vendor, you will receive an 1/4-page advertisement (4.25 x 5.5 or 5.5 x 4.25) for FREE! But, if you wish to purchase a larger ad in our full-color program, information is under the “Program Information"

on our website, www.savannahirishfestival.com.


The deadline for your business' ad’s inclusion in the program is Friday,

December 27, 2024.


Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords, points of sale, and hotspot. And any other items required for you to have a successful event.


The party noted above in the Name of Business field, as signed personally and/or with corporate authority below (herein, the “Vendor”) agrees to sell merchandise relevant to the Savannah Irish Festival, at the location and date listed above, within the on-site location designated by “Space Assigned” below, said space to be determined by The Savannah Irish Festival Committee. (hereinafter, “SIF”) on or before Friday, January 17, 2025. Vendor herein acknowledges that Vendor is solely responsible for securing and protecting its property between Vendor’s arrival on-site on or before January 31, 2024, until the festival’s completion. Overnight security will be provided on Friday, January 31, 2025. The undersigned Vendor hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless SIF, Victory North, and all their respective employees, members, and volunteers from any and all liability arising from any loss or injury to Vendor on, before, or after the dates above and waives any claim arising thereof.

A Square invoice will be issued to you upon successful submission of your registration form.
