A four-decade veteran of the Irish/Celtic festival circuit, Seamus Kennedy was first influenced by the legendary Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem. From them he learned the importance of not only being a solid musician, but also of being an all-round entertainer.
With a thorough knowledge of the traditional and contemporary songs of Ireland and Scotland, he is equally proficient with American music, be it folk, country, bluegrass or a little Western Swing.
Originally from Belfast, but now based in Annapolis, MD, he has been entertaining audiences all over the United States from Alaska to Florida, from Maryland to California for more than four decades. At home in venues ranging from intimate house-concerts and folk-clubs to large concert halls and festivals, Seamus has been bringing tour groups to Ireland for 30 years to experience the music and culture of his homeland “up close and personal”.
An accomplished guitarist with a ready wit and a vast store of songs, he travels the country making folks laugh, sing and forget their cares for a while. Kennedy’s ability to combine a total command of the music with humor makes him unique in the industry. His strong interactive entertainment skills and his participation with the audience have helped him create an exceptionally loyal fan base everywhere he goes.

the husband and wife duo of Josh and Julie Kinn – weave octave mandolin, bodhrán (Irish drum), and smooth vocal harmonies into their Celtic folk music from the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. From sea shanties and working songs, to trad tunes and Old Time favorites, Kinnfolk’s fresh take on classics blends seamlessly with their original compositions. They share stories as enduring as tartan, spinning yarns steeped in Appalachian charm, enjoying playful banter with the audience. Their shows feel like a kitchen party, where everyone is family, and there’s always room for a dancer.
A 2nd generation folk singer and songwriter from the mill town of Manchester,NH. Although he grew up in a household steeped in music and musicians, Mickey did not actually begin to play music until his mid twenties. While laid up with injuries from an
automobile accident, his father gave him a guitar and with an uncontrollable fervor, Mickey went
to work learning three chords. The rumors that he never learned another are completely inaccurate. He has indeed learned a few more, and though he’s not sure what they’re called, he is not hesitant to throw them into a song when he thinks they’ll fit...most often they don’t. Over a three week period, Mickey worked tirelessly honing his craft. He partnered with his brother Liam and they began performing Irish and American folk songs as The Spain Brothers.
It was during this time as a duo, that Mickey and Liam met another set of brothers; The Makem
Brothers. Shane, Conor and Rory Makem, sons of the legendary Irish folk singer Tommy Makem, grew up in a small mill town not far from Mickey and Liam. It was while the Spain boys were performing in a Dover NH pub that the two sets of brothers met and developed a friendship based on a shared love of folk music. It wasn’t long before this friendship blossomed into a partnership and Mickey and Liam joined forces with Shane, Conor and Rory to form the internationally touring Irish folk band The Makem and Spain Brothers. This “Band of
Brothers”recorded several CD’s, a DVD and highlighted stages across the USA, Canada and
Ireland. Additionally, they appeared on PBS specials as well as television programs in Ireland.
They have shared the stage and recorded with some notable names in folk music including,
Jonathan Edwards, Noel Paul Stookey of Peter, Paul and Mary, Roger McGuinn of The Byrds and Tom Paxton to name a few.
Over the years the lineup changed, leaving Mickey, Liam and Rory to tour as the folk trio,
Makem and Spain. Recently, the band decided to part ways leaving Mickey to perform as a solo
artist as well as with his brother, Liam. Mickey recorded his first solo CD in 2019 at WVIA
Studios in Pittston PA. Titled Villains & Thugs, the CD contains nine original songs.
Mickey is also an accomplished writer of children’s songs and has recorded a CD of some of his
material with his band The Mickey Spain Musical Jamboree; entitled What do you think I saw today?. Whether it’s children or adults, Mickey is at his best while he is entertaining; he is at home in front of any audience and on any stage. His quiet and unassuming manner, his warm sense of humor, his rich baritone voice and his wealth of folk songs will draw you in and make him an act that you do not want to miss.

The Galway Rogues are an acoustic folk duo bringing the heart of Irish music to the Lowcountry. Blending Michael Corbett’s soulful vocals and guitar with Dan O'Connell skilled accordion, flute, and whistle work, the two channel decades of experience into every performance. Veterans of Savannah’s folk and Irish scenes, they’ve played together since 2006 and officially joined forces in 2024 after years with Seldom Sober and the Savannah Ceili Band. With influences ranging from Liam Clancy to Pete Seeger, The Galway Rogues deliver heartfelt, storytelling-driven sets steeped in tradition, emotion, and the unmistakable warmth of Celtic roots.
