How It Works

Starting August 11, 2025, the Savannah Irish Festival will post a weekly clue on our official social media pages (Facebook and Instagram).
Each clue will lead to either:

• A participating local business, or

• A notable Irish cultural landmark in the Savannah area.

Your goal: solve the clue, find the location, and complete the required steps to be entered into our weekly prize drawing!

How to Participate

To be eligible for weekly prizes, participants must complete all of the following steps:

1. Solve the weekly clue and visit the correct location.

2. Take a selfie at the business or landmark.

3. Check in on social media at the location.

4. Tag the business or landmark in your post.

5. Follow the business on the platform you’re posting.

6. Tag two (2) friends.

7. Tag @SavannahIrishFestival and use the hashtag #SavannahIrish 

📸 Only posts that include all steps will be eligible for prizes.

Prizes

• Each featured business will provide a prize for their assigned week.

• One winner will be selected at random from eligible participants who complete all steps by Sunday at 11:59 PM each week.

• Winners will be announced on social media the following Monday.

Grand Prize Drawing

• Landmark visits do not include weekly prizes.

• However, participants who complete all scavenger hunt challenges (businesses and landmarks) throughout the campaign will be entered into a Grand Prize Drawing at the end of the series.

• Grand prize details will be announced soon!

Eligibility

• Open to all ages. Participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian’s permission to enter.

• Social media accounts must be public at the time of prize selection so we can verify participation.

• No purchase necessary to participate.
